■ Level dehydration powder in a
cardboard case, powder thickness
should not be less than 10cm.

■ Gently put filled up and vacuumized
investment slurry flask on dehydration
powder. About 2-3 hours, moisture in
flask will be drained away. |

■ During mass circulatory operation,
remove wet part of the powder on
time, then leveling for next flasks.
Replenish powder when the
thickness is less than 10cm. |

■ Put the wet part of the powder into
steel drum. |
|
■ Dehydration powder could be used
many times, just dry the wet powder
in oven or |

■ When annealing of carat white gold
and alloys, cover up workpiece in dry
dehydration powder and let it cooling
spontaneously. Thickness of the cover
should not be less than 10cm. |
