■Make diagonal lines and
punch a 3-5mm diameter
hole at the intersection.

■Put sprue tree on the center
of the paper; seal connecting
part with wax.

■Encase sprue tree in a flask,
at least 5-10mm interval
between sprue tree margin
and flask inner wall. |

■Seal flask on the paper with
wax. The connecting part must
be sealed hermetically to prevent
investment slurry leakage. |

■Place a tape collar extending
2-4cm above the top of flask.

■Gently pour investment slurry
into flask, vibrate vigorously
during 2-4 minutesvacuumization. |

■Take the flask gently, support
dehydrating-paper with hand,
to prevent the paper break
away from flask. |
|
■Put the flask on dehydration
powder, let sit undisturbed for
over 6 hours then send it into
oven. During sit undisturbed time,
to touch the flask is prohibited. |
